Our Essential Bundle for social media creation and management includes:

  • 4.5 hours of content capturing a month with our professional photographer & videographer team to capture both stylized and documentary high-quality photos and videos of you and your brand

  • Posting every other day:

    • 2 videos (posted to Instagram & TikTok)

    • 1-2 photos (posted to Instagram & Facebook, carousel could be posted on TikTok)

  • 1 Instagram/Facebook Story every other day + share new posts on post days

  • 30 min community engagement Monday - Friday

And, finally, our Premium Bundle for social media creation and management includes:

How It Works

Now that we’ve explained all the benefits and what you can get from outsourcing your social media management, let’s talk about details and timeline. 

Our process from the initial conversation, to planning, set-up, and content creation, is a month-long process!

This process will require consistent communication and planning. We will do the bulk of this, so all you have to do is participate when needed! Here’s an easy-to-follow timeline of what to expect:

  1. Pre-Onboarding: Sign the contract and pay the onboarding fee. Once we get the signed contract and fee payment, we begin the onboarding process below.

  2. Month Before Launch | Week 1: Kickoff call! We’ll confirm your business needs, answer any questions you have, and plan for the next week of strategizing and organizing. 

  3. Month Before Launch | Week 2: Break out the calendar! Dive into your plan, create a strategy and calendar, meet your team, and create our content creation game plan.

  4. Month Before Launch | Week 3: Have our first content creation day. We will come to you, photograph and video the content we need to get your social media ready, and ensure we get all you need.

  5. Month Before Launch | Week 4: We work our magic! Our team takes the content from last week, organizes and edits, and schedules posts for the next month.

  6. Launch Date: Breakout the champagne! It’s the big day as your first post goes live. Our team will do all we can to make sure your followers, customers, and clients know that new and exciting content is coming their way.

  7. After Launch | Week 2: Check-in. We’ll schedule a monthly check-in call to go over analytics reports, give any updates, have a chat about any questions you may have, and schedule our content day for the upcoming month.

  8. After Launch | Week 3 & 4: We monitor, and you sit back and relax! Our team will keep a close eye on the social media platforms for your business. All you have to do is focus on your business, and relax!

  9. The Future: Wash, rinse, and repeat! We will follow the same patterns above OR work with you to ensure we plan for the next month of social media management. Our team will make sure you are happy with the direction we’re taking you and/or make pivots to try something different.
