All You Need To Know About HDPhotoHub
In the world of real estate photography it is imperative that the photos, videos, and media get to the realtor in an easy and accessible way. This is why I use HDPhotoHub as my go-to photo and media platform for delivering to my realtor clients. Read on to see how easy it is to use this platform!
When starting my real estate photography and media business, I did a large amount of research into the details and typical process. One element that I would not compromise on is having an easy-to-use platform that my real estate clients can use to get their final photos, videos, layouts, and more.
This search led me to HDPhotoHub. Not only do I find it to be extraordinary for this purpose, but my realtor clients have liked using it too.
As I do more work with new clients I realized that it is imperative to have easy instructions on using the platform to make their experience seamless.
What is HDPhotoHub?
HDPhotoHub is an online platform used by large national teams of photographers to solo photographers. Using this platform allows real estate photographers to schedule with their clients, accept payment, and post the final products.
And what does that mean for you, the realtor? It means you have one place where you can schedule with me, easily pay for services with a clear cost breakdown, and download all the final media for listing on the MLS.
Ok, that’s neat. Where do I start?
Step one is to contact me! From my website, my clients can easily submit their information using the online form.
The following information is on this form:
Home information (address, square feet, lot size, etc)
Choosing what services you need
Scheduling the appointment date
Account information (this is for your sign-in information)
Access information and any additional information
Payment
This allows me to set up a proper and thorough account in HDPhotoHub and allows me to know all I need to plan the home photoshoot.
And, after the photo session?
I understand that in the real estate world, things can move quickly. This is why it is my goal to always ensure real estate agents get their photos and media the following day, so no one loses a day to list a home.
Once I get the photos back from the editors, I can then upload them to HDPhotoHub. Once it is all uploaded, the client receives an email from Janelle Rios.
Depending on the services selected the email will include easy-to-follow instructions and clickable links to the final products.
For customers who requested downloadable content only, the email will confirm that the photos are ready.
Further down in the email are instructions on what to do.
Any videos will show up in the Links section. This will open a new window in which any cinematic or walkthrough videos can be viewed. If you are looking for an embed code to add to a video to the MLS, keep reading on how to do so!
Under “Download the Photos”, you can do just that. Click this link and you can easily download all the photos into on zip file or choose individual photos.
To choose individual photos, click on the checkbox for that photo next to its file name. A download option pop-up will appear at the bottom of the screen.
In the email, the “Property Owner Preview” is a view-only option that real estate agents can send to the property owners. Photos and videos here cannot be downloaded.
“Share Your Referral Code” is a way for my realtor clients to refer me and my services. I always appreciate referrals, so if I see a referral code I know that I am doing well for my clients. Plus, I like to send out a direct thank you!
The last option in the email is “Access Your Account”. This will send you to your HDPhotoHub account, so if you have any changes to make or access anything else, this is a quick way to do so.
I ordered a full marketing kit. How do I access this?
If you order a full marketing kit with Janelle Rios Photography and Media, then you’ll be able to access this also from the HDPhotoHub email.
The email will include two additional sections as seen below.
With the marketing kits, realtors will receive a branded website and an unbranded website. The links are listed under the “Website Links” section.
The difference between these two is essentially the branded includes the realtor’s information and social media links. Realtors can use these website links to promote their listings on social media or their websites!
Under the “Total Marketing Kit” section in the email, you’ll get one link to access everything, including:
Website links (with QR codes)
Downloadable photo options
Video previews with downloadable options or embed codes
Printable materials (flyers) and additional attachments
Social Media flyer tiles (Reels, Stories, TikToks, Facebook, Pinterest, and more)
Site Videos (Teaser, Branded, and Unbranded)
Another very cool feature on this Marketing Kit site is at the very bottom there is a link in which realtors can share it with their team.
